The Bright Idea Group is a sales and business development coaching company specializing in helping you achieve sales success by sharpening the skills and talents you already possess, and creating new strategies to improve your results.  We do this through a variety of methods: customized sales team trainings, one on one coaching, and collaboration. We are not interested in selling books or a program to our clients. We are interested in seeing you, your team, and your business achieve greater success! Coaching is a partnership between the participant and the coach.

About Rob

Rob is passionate about working with individuals and teams to hone existing skills and attain new expertise. His goal is to assist with the transfer of those skills into measurable results. This passion is what drove Rob to create the Bright Idea Group.  Rob, is both a student and a teacher, has a growth mindset, and is particularly motivated by seeing his clients reach beyond even their own expectations. He has 20+ years of successful experience in financial services sales and sales management, and has his bachelor’s degree in education. Over the course his career, Rob developed what he calls his “concierge” selling style. He believes in partnering with his clients to develop strategies tailored to fit their style and needs.
